The staff were efficient! transactions were smooth! i liked that. beds felt so comfortable and the showers were good too. That's what i really wanted
The room felt tired, but it was clean. the grouting in the bathroom had stains, though it wasn't dirty. I noticed paint peeling from the ceiling.

The hotel location proved convenient, as i could access city attractions easily. the room featured a comfortable bed and a functional workspace. The layout suited my needs well. housekeeping maintained a high cleanliness standard throughout my stay. the staff were consistently helpful, responding quickly to requests.
The room decor looked slightly dated. Updating some elements could improve the overall aesthetic.

Absolutely FANTASTIC Experience!

The hotel is located wonderfully near the castle. The bar was open late, so I could have a quick drink upon my return. Check-in was easy AND the staff was helpful with parking, right next door. I would stay here again WHEN I'm in town.
The walls are thin AND the door is quite thin. The breakfast was satisfactory, but I did enjoy the amenities from The White Company. The staff responded well, but did not make me feel at ease

Staff members were really welcoming AND friendly throughout my stay. I found the team happy to answer questions. The receptionist greeted me nicely. I was pleased with all the assistance.

The room IS very spacious AND lovely toiletries were provided for me. I had a nice selection of teas, coffee, and biscuits; I felt pampered. The bed was excellent; I slept WELL that night.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. My room included tea and coffee-making facilities. I found the breakfast to be copious. The presentation had lovely details, and my son loved the yoghurt bottles.

the receptionist team was friendly upon check in. the location is good for access to the train station.
the room i got was just not up to par. the bathroom ceiling had mold. there were also stains on the bedsheets (definitely not what i expected) and the noise level was a real problem. the music from the bar downstairs plus the constant door slamming made it hard to relax.

the location proved convenient it placed me moments from city center attractions. the room i had, a standard double room, was always super clean i liked that very much. staff members were consistently nice making my stay particularly enjoyable. parking next door was convenient adding to the overall positive experience for me.

breakfast had a basic service; the food was tasty i found everything needed there. on saturdays you could pay a bit more for them to bring it up to your room, it looked lovely when they did it.

the hotel's location is truly central it is very close to many places of interest. i appreciated that there were interesting places like nottingham castle not too far. the proximity to the robin hood statue was also convenient.

the reception area includes a seat area, the hotel looks well looked after. the hotel gives amazing value for money; it has a multi story parking lot next door. i thought the white company amenities in the bathroom were nice.

the staff were generally friendly and responsive i felt they provided good service. one receptionist spoke french she was super helpful and offered amazing service. the staff at the reception were always happy to answer questions; this was very helpful.
